Last week I was invited to hang out at the Great John Street Roof Garden Playground by Adidas to have a look at their new sunglasses collection, even though it was on a school night, I couldn't say no! So we wandered over to Great John Street, hidden just off Deansgate behind the Museum of Science and Industry, and made our way up to the Roof Garden Playground where Adidas had taken over and greeted us with a glass of prosecco, perfect!
Adidas have launched a range of completely customisable glasses, you can use their app or customise your own on their site, have a play here. From the colour of the lens to the shape of the glasses, the choice is yours! We had great fun with the flicker book of different variations, such a cute little press idea!
The Roof Garden Playground is the perfect venue for late Summer evening drinks, it's a gorgeous little sun trap with great views over Manchester. Big comfy seats to get lost in, twinkly lights when night falls and, apparently, a hot tub just in case.
For more info about Adidas eyewear, visit the site here and if you're out and about in Manchester and fancy a bit of a rooftop drink, head to Great John Street!
